Parent's Information
Parents are as an important resource for scouting as the leaders or young people are. These pages are for you! They are intended to provide you with information to support your child in Scouts. If you have any other questions we recommend that you speak to your child's Leader who will be more than willing to help.

Complaints Procedure
We would of course hope that everybody who comes into contact with Scouting has a positive experience. However, it is inevitable that on occasion concerns may arise. As Scouting takes place locally, the first port of call should be an informal chat with the Group Scout Leader (if the issue is within a Scout Group), or the District Explorer Scout Commissioner (for Explorer Scouts). Hopefully this will resolve the issue. If the issue is not dealt with to your satisfaction, we have a formal complaints procedure.
