Beaver Scouts are easily recognised by their distinctive turquoise sweatshirts, Beaver Scouts enjoy making friends, playing games, going on visits and helping others. They usually meet together once a week in a Beaver Scout Colony and can have the chance to attend a Beaver Sleepover. These are often the first time a young person spends a night away from home.
Beaver Scouts work towards their Chief Scout Bronze Award by completing 6 Challenge Badges and 4 Activity or Staged Badges of their choice. The Challenge Badges include: My Adventure, My Outdoors, My Skills, My World, My Personal Challenge and My Teamwork Challenge. To find out more about each challenge click on the relevant badge

Clackmannanshire District Beaver News
Beavers celebrated their 30th Birthday with an All Things 30 Day in May. The Beavers got the chance to make something out of 30 pieces of Lego, hang 30 things on a washing line and more. This was Anne's last event as ADC Beavers but she will still be a part of Clackmannanshire Beavers as she will remain a Beaver Leader in Alva. Huge thanks to Anne for all the work she has put into our Beaver Events over the years.
We have a new ADC Beavers, Angela. Angela held her first Beaver Leader Meeting with the team in February and we have some fun events planned, see the Beaver Events Calendar for more information.
